These Terms of Service govern your use of the Doubl.gg platform. By accessing or using the platform you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must cease using the platform immediately. Doubl.gg provides entertainment services executed through blockchain-based smart contracts. All outcomes are determined by verifiable cryptographic methods. The platform is made available strictly on the terms set out herein.
You must be at least eighteen years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of access in your location. Doubl.gg may restrict access or refuse service at its discretion. Doubl.gg reserves the right to amend or replace these Terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Any such amendments will be effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of the platform following publication of amendments constitutes full acceptance, whether or not you have reviewed the changes.
Each individual is permitted only one account. Multiple or duplicate accounts may be suspended or closed and any balances forfeited. You are responsible for the security of your wallet, private keys, and login details. Doubl.gg cannot recover lost keys or credentials. Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or shared. Any use of automation, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform is prohibited.
Doubl.gg does not allow participation from certain jurisdictions. Users are prohibited from accessing the platform from restricted territories. Use of virtual private networks, proxy servers, or other obfuscation methods to conceal or alter your location is not permitted. If Doubl.gg determines that an account has been accessed in violation of territorial restrictions the account may be suspended or closed and all balances, bonuses, and winnings forfeited.
Deposits are accepted only in supported digital assets. Doubl.gg does not accept fiat currency and is not a financial institution. Deposits may be delayed or withheld for compliance checks. Deposits may be required to meet wagering activity before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The value of digital assets is volatile and subject to market fluctuations outside of Doubl.gg’s control. Users accept that deposits may lose value and that Doubl.gg has no liability for exchange rate losses, failed transfers, or blockchain-related failures.
Withdrawals are processed to the verified wallet associated with your account. Doubl.gg may impose withdrawal limits or thresholds. Withdrawals may be delayed due to network congestion, verification reviews, or technical issues. Transactions may remain pending or fail entirely where the underlying blockchain is congested or unavailable. Mistaken credits remain the property of Doubl.gg and must be repaid. Winnings from such funds are void. Withdrawals may be suspended if irregular play, fraud, or abuse is suspected. You acknowledge that blockchain networks are not under the control of Doubl.gg and delays, reorgs, or failures may occur.
Doubl.gg may offer bonuses, promotions, rakeback, jackpots, or other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to requirements, which may include minimum wagers, real-money play, multipliers, spins, or other qualifying actions. Unless conditions are met in full, the bonus and related winnings may be withheld or voided. Rakeback, loyalty, and progression-based rewards are tied to your XP level, activity, and the house edge. Such incentives are discretionary and may be varied or revoked. Bonuses, rewards, and promotional credits have no cash value until conditions are satisfied. Expired, unclaimed, or improperly used bonuses will be void.
8.1 Blockchain Fairness All games offered on Doubl.gg are blockchain-based and executed exclusively through smart contracts. Outcomes are final and verifiable on-chain. Doubl.gg reserves the right, in the event of technical error, malfunction, exploit, or irregularity affecting the operation of a game, to void wagers, withhold winnings, or cancel results in order to maintain fairness and protect the integrity of the platform.
8.2 Player Responsibility Users should play only with funds they can afford to lose, avoid reckless or compulsive behaviors, and make use of account limits and exclusion tools where necessary. By participating, you accept that wagers are inherently risky and losses are possible. You assume full responsibility for any financial or non-financial consequences of participation.
8.3 Limits and Exclusion Users may request wager, deposit, or time-based limits. Self-exclusion may be set for 1, 3, 6, or 12 months, or permanently. During exclusion, accounts cannot be reopened until expiry.
8.4 Dormancy Accounts inactive for nine months may be deemed dormant. Dormant accounts may incur administrative fees until the balance reaches zero, after which the account may be closed.
Users must not open multiple accounts or misrepresent identity, exploit bugs, glitches, or contract vulnerabilities, collude with other players, abuse promotions or affiliate programs, use VPNs, bots, or unauthorized tools, or engage in unlawful or fraudulent transactions. Violations may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.
Doubl.gg endeavors to provide continuous and reliable access to its services; however, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Access may be limited, delayed, suspended, or otherwise affected by scheduled maintenance, unforeseen technical issues, network congestion, validator delays, or reliance on external providers. Because all deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are processed via supported blockchains, transactions may occasionally be delayed, remain pending, or fail where the relevant network is congested, unstable, or unavailable. The services are provided strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Doubl.gg makes no warranty that the platform will be accessible without interruption or error, nor that transactions will always be executed within expected timeframes. Users accept the risk that downtime, outages, or blockchain failures may prevent use of the platform temporarily or permanently.
Affiliates may earn commissions tied to referred user activity. Commissions are linked to house edge contribution and performance metrics. Payouts may be withheld or voided if fraudulent, incentivized, or non-compliant activity is detected. Doubl.gg reserves the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time.
Doubl.gg may suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion. Upon termination, balances, rewards, and bonuses may be voided.
Doubl.gg may require users to complete identity or verification checks for withdrawals, suspicious activity, or compliance obligations. Doubl.gg reserves the right to withhold balances, freeze accounts, or delay withdrawals indefinitely until such verification is completed to its satisfaction. Failure to comply may result in account suspension or closure. Doubl.gg may share data with regulators or authorities in cases of suspected fraud or money laundering.
All rights in Doubl.gg’s platform, content, branding, and code belong to Doubl.gg. Users are granted a limited, revocable license to use services for entertainment purposes only.
Doubl.gg is not liable for losses resulting from blockchain volatility, wallet compromise, hacks, exploits, downtime, smart contract vulnerabilities, or other technical failures. Doubl.gg’s total liability shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) your total wagers in the last six months, or (b) USD $400 equivalent. All participation is undertaken at your sole risk.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Doubl.gg, its affiliates, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the platform, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any applicable laws or regulations, or any actions that result in regulatory inquiries, fines, or disputes directed at Doubl.gg as a consequence of your conduct.
Doubl.gg is not responsible for events outside its control, including blockchain forks, cyberattacks, regulatory changes, or acts of nature.
Complaints must be raised with [email protected] within seven days of occurrence. Doubl.gg will review in good faith but reserves final decision-making authority. Unresolved disputes may be referred to arbitration in the governing jurisdiction.
By accessing or using the platform you expressly acknowledge and agree that all deposits, wagers, withdrawals, and related interactions are conducted entirely at your own risk. Doubl.gg disclaims any responsibility for losses, damages, or liabilities of any kind arising from your participation, whether due to financial loss, technical error, regulatory action, or any other cause.
Severability: Invalid provisions shall not affect enforceability of the remainder. No Waiver: Failure to enforce rights is not a waiver. Assignment: Doubl.gg may assign its rights and obligations at any time. Entire Agreement: These Terms form the complete agreement. Independent Relationship: Nothing herein creates partnership or employment.

Data may be processed in jurisdictions outside your country of residence, including places that may not provide the same level of data protection. By using the platform, you consent to such transfers. Doubl.gg will take reasonable measures to maintain adequate safeguards.
Information is retained as necessary to provide services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Transactional and compliance-related data may be kept indefinitely to satisfy anti-money-laundering and regulatory requirements. Other data may be deleted, anonymized, or archived when no longer required.
Doubl.gg implements technical and organizational measures to protect information against destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access. No system is fully secure; users remain responsible for safeguarding wallets, private keys, and credentials.
Doubl.gg may contact users with promotional offers, updates, or announcements where contact details are provided or consented. You may withdraw consent or opt out at any time. System and compliance communications may still be delivered.
The platform may use cookies, pixel tags, local storage, or similar technologies to improve performance, analyze trends, track interactions, provide functionality, personalize content, remember preferences, and assist in fraud detection. Disabling cookies may impair functionality.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or data portability.
